Steadfast Apps, the proprietary insurtech platform developed by Steadfast Group, is set to redefine how brokers manage their businesses by supporting the full end-to-end client, policy and claims lifecycle.
Initially launched in 2024 as a quote, bind and pay platform to streamline operations and save time for brokers, Steadfast Apps is now entering its next phase of evolution. The platform will become a unified, all-in-one environment that brings together the full suite of Steadfast Group insurtech capabilities in a single, cohesive application.
“Many insurtech solutions solve discreet parts of the broking workflow. As a result, brokers often move between multiple systems which can lead to missed, or inconsistent client information and duplicated data entry,” said Antonella Shannahan General Manager – Insurtech.
“Steadfast Apps solves this challenge. By unifying our insurtech applications, we’re creating a true end-to-end broking platform making it more efficient for brokers.”
Steadfast launched the Steadfast Client Trading Platform (SCTP), a system that allows brokers to send one question set to multiple insurers to receive quotes instantly and choose which insurer to bind, produce and renew the policy for the client, in 2009 which was long before digital broking become the industry norm.
Steadfast Apps will bring the SCTP, and INSIGHT – Steadfast’s cloud-based policy management platform – into one system. It will also deliver new CRM, document management and workflow automation capability to drive broker efficiencies. Furthermore, it will provide the foundation for AI-enabled capabilities that deliver strong broker and client value.
Steadfast Apps has also been designed to allow fast integration with insurers’ systems through its innovative configuration engine which removes the requirement for lengthy and costly development.
“Steadfast Apps is purpose built. It has been designed to simplify workflows, strengthen client relationships, and support sustainable brokerage growth. Built in partnership with brokers across the Steadfast network, it reduces complexity, lowers operational risk, and brings the full client, policy and claims lifecycle into one modern application,” said Ms Shannahan.
“We’re staging the delivery of functions within Steadfast Apps to reduce the impact to brokers, beginning with INSIGHT, followed by SCTP and new capability released quarterly to all users,” said Ms Shannahan.
